Q: How can I customize my event with Serendipity Two?

Not only can you choose your own ice cream flavors (we have over 50 flavors to choose from!), but we have plenty of add-on options. Choose from a variety of toppings, sauces, cones, and more. We also offer three different ice cream cart/trailer experiences depending on your event size and space.

Q: How much notice do you need for catering orders?

We require at least 24 hours notice before your event. However, it is best to book events a week or more in advance so that we can be sure that we have the ice cream flavors of your choice in stock.

Q: How long before the event do you arrive to set up?

This depends on the package that you select. If you have our full-service trailer booked, we will need a little extra time for setup. Expect us to be there 30-60 minutes before your event's scheduled time.
