This depends on the package that you select. If you have our full-service trailer booked, we will need a little extra time for setup. Expect us to be there 30-60 minutes before your event’s scheduled time.

We require at least 24 hours notice before your event. However, it is best to book events a week or more in advance so that we can be sure that we have the ice cream flavors of your choice in stock.

Not only can you choose your own ice cream flavors (we have over 50 flavors to choose from!), but we have plenty of add-on options. Choose from a variety of toppings, sauces, cones, and more. We also offer three different ice cream cart/trailer experiences depending on your event size and space.

Yes. To book our full-service ice cream trailer, we require a minimum of 50 guests per event.

While we specialize in service within Yamhill County, we will travel up to 100 miles from our store location with an additional mileage fee.
